一. Precautions for using pneumatic waste stripper machine:
1. Waterproof:
Please install an "oil-water separator" according to the manufacturer's requirements. It is recommended to use the Yadeke brand; pay attention to drainage in the oil-water separator and add pneumatic tool oil.
2. Cleaning:
① Clean the inside of the machine: pour "kerosene, anti-rust oil or pneumatic tool oil" into the air inlet every day, and start the machine idling to clean the internal parts;
②, External cleaning: After get off work every day, please use an air gun to blow away the paper scraps in the machine casing, chain gaps and other places.
3. Air pressure requirements: 6-8 air pressure or more, the actual power of the air compressor is more than 3.5KW, and the air compressor needs to be drained regularly.
4. The cleaning process should be done by gently pressing down with both hands and scraping it all the way to the bottom. Do not use a hammer to remove the edges of objects.
5. Safety precautions:
① Operator safety: Please operate the waste removal machine with both hands. Do not operate it with one hand to prevent the chain from hurting people.
② Safety of the waste removal machine: Do not hold the bottom plate of the base plate, and do not hold iron hard objects, otherwise the chain will break! !
6. Try not to let the machine work continuously. After using it for 1 hour, let the machine rest for 1 minute! ! !
二. To use a pneumatic waste removal machine to remove waste paper edges, the die-cutting knife template must be equipped with a cutting knife to break the waste paper edges into small pieces. Please refer to the figure below for the configuration of the cutting knife.
