The HS-930 inner hole waste stripper is designed for color printing packaging companies to remove residual inner holes (such as round, square, long strip, aircraft, and special-shaped holes) left after die-cutting cartons. It is suitable for clearing one or more holes in hang tags, paper boxes, color boxes, and other packaging materials.

Usage recommendations:
To ensure the reliable long-term operation of the Huaxu waste cleaner, it is essential for the user to have an air compressor. Maintain the pressure of the compressed air input into the machine at 0.63MPa and ensure dry treatment. For optimal performance, it is advised that customers install and use an air filtration combination (double part) connected to the output end of the air compressor.
How to operate:
1. This equipment operates on a single-phase 220V power supply and utilizes compressed air as the power source. Maintain stable air pressure between 6-8kg.
2. Switch on the power, place the product on the working platform, use the paper positioning plate to align the product, and switch to "manual" mode, ensuring the ejector pin is installed in the designated position.
3. After installing the ejector pin, use the upper and lower switches to jog and verify the alignment of the ejector pin with the hole position. Once aligned, switch to "automatic" mode.
4. Enter the working mode, ensuring that each piece of paper does not exceed the paper baffle and that the product is neatly placed. Step on the foot switch to initiate the process.
