Points to note after use
1. It is necessary to determine the sequence according to the actual die-cutting sample and the position of the cutter. A good design of the cutter and the sequence of the cutter can greatly improve the cleaning efficiency and not easily damage the finished product. It is generally recommended to clear both sides first, then pour back, and finally clear the front side.
2. If the waste edge is difficult to fall off, please slightly increase the pressure, if the waste edge lines into a bundle, please change the position to clear the waste, and then come back to clear the position, do not be fixed in the position of the twisted into a bundle to continuously clear the waste, this will easily damage the waste removal machine, and produce too much paper, do not use a waste removal machine to deal with the ground debris, so, debris may enter the machine cover plate blocking the chain.
3. Use a waste removal machine such as the HS-2836 Taiwan waste removal machine.Scrap machine do not touch the wooden tray, so as not to damage the wooden tray tooth chain and accidental injury.
