In addition, the tilt adjustment of the printing plate is also very important. The printing of high-end cartons has high requirements for the printing plate. It is impossible to ensure the centering and level of each color printing plate when it is installed. The centering problem can be adjusted by the axial adjustment of the printing roller, but the horizontal direction of the general machine cannot be adjusted. Therefore, when choosing a printing machine, it is best to choose a machine with a tilt adjustment system for the printing plate.

There are many factors that affect the quality of color superposition: equipment, ink, scraper, cardboard, drying effect, operator's printing experience, etc. However, for a printing machine, the key issue of color superposition lies in inking. At present, the inking system of high-line printing machines on the market is mainly divided into two categories: traditional rubber roller, anilox roller inking plus scraper system and chamber scraper inking system.

The traditional rubber roller, anilox roller inking plus scraper system uses a rubber roller and anilox roller to first ink, and then use a scraper to evenly scrape the ink. This method can use anilox rollers and rubber rollers to directly ink when performing solid printing or low-dot printing. Due to the large amount of inking, the printing effect is better. When high-dot printing is performed, a scraper system is used at the same time to make the ink application uniform, which can also achieve good results. This shows that this system has a large adaptability. The ink content of the anilox roller can be changed within a certain range by adjusting the pressure between the anilox roller and the rubber roller and the pressure of the scraper, so this system is particularly effective for high-end cartons.

In addition, the chamber scraper inking system is also a widely used scraping method. This system is more suitable for printing products with the same mesh line, but it is not easy to meet the requirements for replacing the product mesh line. Because the pressure of the scraper chamber directly affects the ink leakage, the adjustable pressure range is relatively narrow, and it is difficult to adjust the ink content of the anilox roller through it. In this structure, if the machine is equipped with an automatic anilox roller replacement system, the anilox roller can be replaced according to the different product mesh lines, and high-dot printing can be completed together with the scraper chamber, but this model is not available in China at present.
