Operation of the Waste Removal Machine
As a high-speed printing machine, the waste removal machine operates at a paper feed speed of one roll of paper every 3 minutes. It requires that the tension during paper feeding and waste removal be basically constant, and that it can brake quickly in emergencies and start smoothly again when restarting.
The pneumatic tension control system not only enables the waste removal machine to operate stably under constantly changing tension conditions such as single-wall, double-wall, triple-wall, and coarse-wall corrugated cardboard boxes during high-speed operation; but also allows for timely braking in emergencies without tearing the paper; and ensures that the paper tension returns to the original set value for a smooth restart when restarting.
